We are idea-oriented, so we handle everything for our clients from troubleshooting to problem-solving.

An eye for detail is one of our trademarks. We are conscientious about costs, and we are deadline driven: Curtis Layer gets the job done on time and within budget. We analyze and resolve structural, electrical, mechanical, and process system problems.

When we say, “from concept through completion,” we mean exactly that! We provide everything from concepts to architectural and engineering planning, to supervising every phase of construction and final move-in.

We give you quality turnkey completion without compromise.

When Curtis Layer takes on a project, nothing is left to chance.

When Curtis Layer says “from concept through completion,” we mean exactly that:  we provide everything from design concepts to architectural and engineering planning, to supervising every phase of construction and final move-in.  We give you quality turnkey completion without compromise.

Because we understand the circumstances that influence your industrial building decisions, we have become masters of negotiation.  We are sensitive to the circumstances and factors that affect your decisions.  When necessary, we have the know-how to negotiate important cost-savings transactions.  Some of these factors are:

  • Real estate costs
  • Labor force issues
  • Improved real estate availability
  • Transportation
  • Market access
  • Incentives

We are proud of our track record having developed and marketed over 350 hundred acres of industrial property.  Curtis Layer has completed a wide range of industrial construction projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 350,000 square feet.

Currently, we offer prime industrial land in the highly desirable Cleveland/Akron corridor.  We work closely with major industrial brokerage firms in northeastern Ohio.  Importantly, we have strong ties with local government agencies to facilitate incentives, construction plan approvals and infrastructure improvements.

We place a top priority on our client relationships.  That means that every project we handle is managed from beginning to end by one of the principals of Curtis Layer.
