We are proud of our track record having developed and marketed over 350 hundred acres of industrial property. Curtis Layer has completed a wide range of industrial construction projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 250,000 square feet.

Currently, we offer over 100 acres of prime industrial land in the highly desirable Cleveland/Akron corridor. We work closely with major industrial brokerage firms in northeastern Ohio. Importantly, we have strong ties with local government agencies to facilitate incentives, construction plan approvals and infrastructure improvements.

We place a top priority on our client relationships. That means that every project we handle is managed from beginning to end by one of the principals of Curtis Layer.
